MASC MEMBERSHIP

Membership Information

Companies are invited to participate more actively in the safety council by becoming a member. Member benefits include reduced rates for attending classes, access to our newsletter, access to student records and sharing of ideas with other member companies.

Each year, all companies that are members of MASC are asked to contribute a membership fee. These fees, along with payment for training services, are used to underwrite the council, which is a 501C (3) not-for-profit corporation.

Membership fees are used to fund services and capital expenses that are vital to the organization's health. Membership fees pay for a number of critical items, including:

MASC Board Member - $1000 annual membership fee

  • 3rd party resource for developing, implementing, and delivering training content
  • Online training system development, hosting, and real-time recordkeeping for training 24/7
  • 16 hours to update course material (content, scripting, transcripting, compilation, packaging)
  • Computer labs and training classrooms for content delivery
  • Discounts on courses (taken in training lab)
  • Invoicing for services delivered
  • Website registration app
  • Student records database hosting and management
  • Student records search support
  • 24/7 access to training records
  • Security/gatekeeper training on student record verification procedures
  • Data export services
  • Full-time administrative staff to manage training, proctor sessions, and document results
  • Full-time administrative support for registration, queries, etc.
  • ARSC membership: nationally recognized program, testing, and compliance audit
  • Full financial audit
  • Professional and general liability insurance

MASC Member - $600 annual membership fee

  • Discounts on courses (taken in training lab)
  • Invoicing for services delivered
  • Full-time administrative staff to manage training, proctor sessions, and document results
  • 24/7 access to training records
  • Student records search support
  • ARSC membership: nationally recognized program, testing, and compliance audit

How To Become a Member

To become a member, download the membership application form, fill it out, print it out, and mail or fax it back to us. If you prefer, you can call us and we will mail you a membership application form that you can complete and mail or fax in. Your membership will begin when payment is received.
