WHAT IS ARSC?
ARSC is the Association of Reciprocal Safety Councils, Inc. Through ARSC, MASC maintains a reciprocal agreement with twenty-one other nationwide ARSC affiliated safety councils. This agreement guarantees three things. First, standard processes and methods are incorporated into the Basic Orientation Plus™ program, which has been validated academically and in the field. Second, contractors in any area nationwide may use the same certification ID card for Basic Orientation Plus™ where an ARSC industrial safety council exists. Third, the orientation content, course administration and testing security are monitored through the ARSC audit process and validated by subject matter and academic experts.
